ico2xpm
Converts MS-Windows Icon resources to X-Pixmaps
ico2xpm is a Unix command line utility that converts MS-Windows Icons and Icon resources in exectable files (eg. .exe, .dll, .ocx, .icl, etc) to X-Pixmaps files (.xpm files). The X-Pixmap files can be used as-is, or converted to other formats using any tool like GIMP, ImageMagick, etc.
It supports most icon formats (including the new Windows Vista PNG compressed icons) and can read standalone icon files (.ico files), or MS-Windows executables and libraries in NE (Win16) o PE (Win32) format
It is written in C language based on MSDN documentation and released under the GPLv2 or later license
